Meet my old accordionist friend playing in the streets of San Juan, Puerto Rico. I saw him for the first time when I was in Puerto Rico about a year ago, and again when I returned last week, at the exact same location. He appropriately lays claim to the area surrounding the Instituto de Cultura.
